What is it?
- 10 minutes of free parent advising are included for any client, renews each year of being a client
- Additional advising can be added at Dr. Ganguly’s hourly rate.
- Can be used via text, phone call, or email.
Why Might a Parent Want This?
- You can give Dr. Ganguly more context about the applicant’s needs in that moment or any circumstances that could impact their application process.
- Dr. Ganguly can give advice on how the parent can support the applicant, both personally and on the technical side.
- Dr. Ganguly can give the parent a better understanding of the overall application process and timeline.
- Dr. Ganguly can provide an expert opinion on the application through a voice of honesty and compassion

What Doesn’t Count as Parent Advising?
- Receiving help to pick a package.
- Briefly checking in over email or text (i.e, short conversation without follow-up questions).
- Any questions regarding billing.
- Logistical questions regarding service purchases.
